Jason has been practicing strength and conditioning training for over a decade and has always had an intense passion for his craft. He has extensive coaching experience, providing personalised online strength and conditioning programs and in-person training. Jason is a certified strength and conditioning trainer with a deep understanding of sports performance and specific training, including strength training, motor control development, and rehabilitation. He holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in sport science, specialising in high performance, and is a Master of Sport Science candidate at the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa. Jason's strength and conditioning programs are designed to help athletes reach their peak performance. His personalised online coaching ensures proper form and technique, offering tailored training plans and nutrition advice.
